1/2 a baked sweet potato
1 peeled and diced gala apple
1/2 cup cooked quinoa (i cook it in half water, half imagine organic chicken broth)
1 egg
1 lb ground turkey (plainville natural or organic if i can find it)
spices - typically salt, thyme, parsley
(all measurements are estimates - use more or less as if it looks better)
mix all ingredients well, put into a loaf shape and bake @350 for about 45 min
