tropical shrimp

~1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
coconut oil
butter or earth balance margarine
ground ginger
chili powder
orange juice
fresh squeezed lemon juice
chickpeas
frozen veggies

i use this recipe to make fish with mango salsa. but i really ignore half the recipe since i don't like cilantro or spice. tonight i added pineapple to the mango and that was really good and i just quickly pan fry the fish in a mixture of coconut oil and grapeseed oil and season it with salt and ginger. yum.
